Locs Products was created from more than 15 years of hands-on experience, passion, and dedication to the loc community. What began as a commitment to helping people maintain healthy, beautiful locs has grown into a complete loc-care brand built around education, professional services, and quality products. For over 15 years, our team has worked directly with clients, students, and loc professionals, learning what locs truly need throughout every stage of their journey. Our roots are firmly planted in the belief that loc care should be simple, effective, accessible, and created with the real needs of the loc community in mind.

Locs Products is proudly connected to the Locs For Life Salon, where professional loc care and real-world experience come together. The salon has served as an important part of our product-development journey because we understand that every head of locs is different. Working with clients allows us to see firsthand the challenges people experience with buildup, dryness, maintenance, styling, cleansing, and overall loc care. This professional environment helps inspire the products and educational resources we create, keeping our brand connected to the people we serve.

Our products are self-made and developed from our own experience working with locs every day. We don’t simply create products because they are popular—we develop them based on what we have seen, learned, tested, and experienced through years of working with loc clients and professionals. From cleansing and hydration to scalp care and everyday maintenance, each product is created with intention. Our goal is to provide products that complement a consistent loc-care routine while helping customers feel confident about the products they choose for their hair and scalp.

Our partnership with Locs For Life University expands our mission beyond products and salon services into education. Locs For Life University was created to teach aspiring and working loc stylists the skills, knowledge, professionalism, and business principles needed to build successful careers in the loc industry. Through education, students learn not only how to perform loc techniques, but also how to understand clients, care for locs properly, build a brand, price their services, market their businesses, and create opportunities within the growing loc industry. Locs Products supports this educational mission by giving students and professionals access to products created from years of hands-on industry experience.
